The HydroPower® NANO Basic filter (ref. NANOE) is the entry-level version of Unger's pure water production system. It includes the combined pre-filter and the innovative nano-membrane that removes minerals responsible for limescale deposits, but it is supplied without the HydroPower® Ultra DI deionizing filter (ref. DIUH1). This model is therefore intended for professionals who already own a working HydroPower® Ultra resin filter from a previous system or purchased separately and who simply want to add the nanofiltration stage to increase autonomy and improve water quality, without having to purchase the entire system.
Like the entire HydroPower® NANO range, this filter operates solely on mains water pressure: no pump or power supply is required, making it ideal for mobile use on any worksite, whether at height or outdoors. Positioned upstream of the deionizing resin, the nano-membrane significantly reduces its consumption and increases the autonomy per cartridge by a factor of 14 compared to a HydroPower Ultra system alone—an immediate benefit for professionals who reuse their existing Ultra filter with this new system.
The Basic filter incorporates all the control equipment of the NANO system: inlet pressure gauge, flow optimizer to balance water flow and resin consumption, concentrate discharge pipe, and digital TDS meter for instant verification of the purity of the produced water. It is mounted on the same compact and mobile frame with large wheels, featuring integrated storage for the poles.
To function, this filter must be used with a HydroPower® Ultra DI resin filter (ref. DIUH1, sold separately) and then connects to a telescopic pole, a hose, and a window cleaning brush. Professionals who do not yet own an Ultra filter or who want a complete, ready-to-use system should consider the NANOD model (complete filter with DI Ultra included) or the NANK1 kit (complete system + 24K carbon pole + accessories).

Who is this configuration intended for?
This filter is designed for professional window cleaners who already own a working HydroPower® Ultra resin filter and wish to switch to NANO hybrid technology to reduce their resin consumption without having to repurchase the entire system. It is not suitable as a first-time purchase; in that case, choose the NANOD model (complete filter with DI Ultra included) or the complete NANK1 kit.
