The guidance strip limits the risks

The installation of danger, change of terrain or obstacle signaling systems is now mandatory under the 2005 disability law .
Guidance striping is a simple and effective way to prevent risks such as pedestrian crossings, complex intersections, roundabouts, various obstacles or simply danger.
These strips comply with the European fire standard Cfl-S1 .
It can be placed on roads or public spaces. The advantage of this tactile paving is that it reassures visually impaired and blind people while remaining discreet and effective.
It thus indicates the direction to follow while limiting the risks of falls or collisions.

The range of bands

These strips are available in three colors : gray, black, or white, and three thicknesses, allowing them to be adapted to the area and the hazard. The heights are 5 mm, 7 mm, and 8 mm for the thickest. These strips are 1 meter long and are easily installed using our two-component polyurethane adhesive .
It is this change in texture and color that will allow the visually impaired person to detect the change in relief with their cane or directly under their sole.
These strips are non-slip and made of 100% rubber . They can be used outdoors and are weather-resistant down to -40°C. Maintenance is simple: just wash them with a hose.
