Attention on the use of batteries:
The batteries are covered by the warranty according to our warranty conditions in force (for one year of operation + a period of six months of storage in the case of a battery of machine / Six months after the date of purchase in the case of a battery sold as a separate accessory).
Of course, during the warranty period, any defective batteries are replaced as part of the warranty. However, the batteries coming from the factory are composed of known elements and all correspond to an identical operating curve. A manufacturing problem on batteries is very unlikely.
A defective battery is: either at the end of its life or damaged due to non-compliance with the maintenance instructions during use and storage.
Since the 18Ah battery of the TTB1840 is small in capacity, it is discharged or recharged faster than larger capacity batteries, which naturally makes it more sensitive to misuse: storage time, no recharging after use, incomplete refills "bottle-feeding"

Interview

The battery life depends directly on the storage, charging and discharging conditions.

Here are the instructions to follow for maximum extension of the battery life:
1) Recharge the battery after each use, immediately after use and regardless of the time the machine has been used
2) Make sure that the outlet is supplied with power at night without interruption
3) Disconnect the battery after charging is complete
4) Once a week, use the machine for a long time to completely discharge the battery and then put it back on charge

Bonjour, Nous sommes désolés que le produit ne vous ait pas apporté entière satisfaction. Voici les conseils de Numatic pour un prolongement de la durée de vie de la batterie. La durée de vie de ces batteries dépend directement des conditions de stockage, de charge et de décharge. 1) Remettre en charge la batterie après chaque utilisation, immédiatement après utilisation et quel que soit le temps durant lequel la machine a été utilisée 2) S'assurer que la prise de courant soit bien alimentée la nuit sans interruption 3) Débrancher la batterie après la fin du rechargement 4) Une fois par semaine, effectuer une utilisation prolongée de la machine pour effectuer une décharge complète de la batterie puis remettre celle-ci en charge. Après vérification votre commande date de février 2015 donc après 5 ans d'utilisation si votre batterie à des signes de faiblesses, cela peut se justifier. En espérant qu'avec ces conseils vous n'aurez plus de problème. Cordialement le service client Voussert.
