All about disc stripping parquet P16 carbide silica 406

Description
The silicon carbide disc is composed of a professional-grade silicon carbide face glued to a heavy paper and a Velvet Velcro back.
The Janex Carbide Silicon disc is used for heavy sanding of wood and parquet.
It can also be recommended for stone, marble and concrete.
For use with a standard machine up to a speed of 350 rpm.
Prefer a speed of 150 rpm for maximum efficiency.
Tip: Always test the disc on a small surface to avoid damage to the floor being treated.

Process of use:
P16 grain is a big grain : it is used initially to remove the maximum of material by sanding.
Then use the smaller P24 grain to be a little less aggressive and sand more finely
The finishes are done with the trimming discs: from 40 grit to 220 grit.
Protection:
To prolong the life of the disc and prevent clogging (the open structure already limits clogging), clean it with air or use a dry cloth to remove dirt. For stubborn dirt, take a little detergent.
