- Wet hands 10 to 30 seconds
- Collect 1 dose of product
- Spread well the product 20 to 30 sec
- Rub between the fingers 20 to 30 sec
- Scrub palm against palm 20 to 30 sec
- Rub the contour of the nails 20 to 30 sec
- Rub the thumbs 20 to 30 seconds
- Rub in each palm 20 to 30 sec
- Scrub each wrist 20 to 30 sec
- Rinse with clear water 20 to 30 sec
