1. If the floor has visible scratches, level the surface with a 400 grit diamond disc for 2 minutes per m2 then with an 1800 or 2000 grit diamond disc for 5 minutes per m2 before crystallization.
2. Use a 1% neutral cleaning solution and clean the surface with a monobrush equipped with a red disc , then vacuum the solution. Rinse well with water to remove all dirt particles. Prepare the paste by mixing 3 quarts of Nobile Plus to 1 quart of water. Use 40 grams of paste per m2.
3. Moisten the floor with a damp mop. Make sure the soil is moist but not soaked. It is extremely important that the soil is well moist before applying TASKI Jontec Nobile Plus.
4. Spread the paste in the center of the area to be treated. Place a low-speed monobrush of at least 50kg with a red disk , directly on the dough.
5. Start spreading the paste evenly over the entire area to be treated.
6. Brush with the monobrush for 3-4 minutes per m2. Do not let the paste dry out. Sprinkle lightly with water as needed to keep the paste creamy.
7. At the end of crystallization, dilute the paste with water, vacuum with a wet vacuum cleaner. Generously wet and brush the floor with plenty of neutral cleaning solution to ensure thorough rinsing. Aspirate the solution with a wet vacuum cleaner.
8. After the floor has completely dried, dry buff with a 200-1500 rpm monobrush fitted with a white disc.
