Numatic International warrants its products against defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period.
This warranty expressly excludes power cords, suction blades, sealing rubber, brushes, trays, discs, hoses, tubes, carbon brushes, wheels, casters, presses, fasteners, broom fasteners, broom rests and any other item considered an accessory or a consumable or wearing part.
Also excluded from the warranty are repairs, replacements and restoration resulting from:
- improper handling of the product, in particular when normal use of the device cannot be the cause of the incident and the damage is visible and can be photographed
- failure to comply with instructions and recommendations for use,
- negligence or lack of maintenance,
- machine breakdown, accident or force majeure,
- the use of non-compliant parts or consumables,
- a modification of the Product made by the customer without prior agreement from Numatic International.
These services must be the subject of a specific quote.
ON-SITE INTERVENTION (SINGLE BRUSHES / SCRUBBERS / …)
Travel and labor package of 250 euros excluding tax, divided as follows: 150 euros excluding tax for travel and 100 euros excluding tax for the hour of labor. In the event of a quote for an additional intervention, the second trip will be free of charge, with total invoicing of labor.
As part of a validation of support under warranty, the travel and labor package is reimbursed.
Request Return Workshop Chelles (ASPIRATORS/ INJECTORS EXTRACTORS/..)
Any request made by one of our distributors for a return to our Workshop located in our premises at 13-17 rue du Valengelier, 77500 CHELLES, must imperatively be the subject of a prior agreement for return to the Workshop. This agreement will be issued exclusively at the discretion of a technician from the After-Sales Service (SAV) of the company NUMATIC INTERNATIONAL.
Please note that any request for troubleshooting, which is an integral part of the return to the Workshop process, will be subject to an invoice of 75 euros excluding tax, refunded if support is accepted under warranty.
Return to the workshop remains the responsibility of the customer.
This procedure guarantees efficient management of returns in the Workshop while ensuring professional handling of each request from our distributors.
