Description:

• Combination of different alkaline agents and anionic surfactants which allows steam ovens to be effectively cleaned.
• Specially designed for use with integrated automatic cleaning systems for ovens, steam cookers or
cleaning robots.
• Suitable for daily use by removing all dirt in a single operation.
• Removes even encrusted and hardened dirt.
• Used in conjunction with the LRFV + (rinsing phase).
• Frequent cleaning increases the operating time of the oven and improves hygiene.
• In addition to its efficiency, the LLFV + and LRFV + couple saves you time and reduces personnel costs on the
cleaning your steam ovens.

Manual

Used in conjunction with the LRFV+. Washing phase: LLFV + (red product) and rinsing phase: LRFV + (blue product).
For maximum effectiveness, LLFV + is used pure. In case of application with integrated oven cleaning systems, please consult the manufacturer's instruction manual beforehand.
When using with a cleaning robot, please follow the instructions in the robot's user manual.
1. Heat the oven beforehand to soften the fats and wait for the oven to cool to around 50°C.
2. Remove the largest dirt first using disposable paper or a spatula. Do not use water which would reduce the degreasing action of the product.
3. Connect to the system or fill the cleaning product tank of the integrated system or robot with LLFV + (red product).
4. Connect to the system or fill the rinse aid tank of the integrated system or robot with LRFV + (blue product).
5. Use the built-in cleaning system or robot as directed in the manual.
