Art.9 Warranty
The Products are covered by the guarantee against hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Unless otherwise stated, the finished Products also benefit from a commercial guarantee against material, design and manufacturing defects for a period of two years from their delivery. As such, our Company will replace or repair the defective Product, according to its choice.
The commercial guarantee is excluded in the following cases:

- accident or negligence;
- lack of maintenance;
- modification of the Product;
- repair or intervention on the Product carried out by the Customer or a third party.
