Bona Decking Oil is a concentrated blend of vegetable oils, modified for quality impregnation and long-lasting protection for wooden terraces and other exterior wood surfaces.
It improves the natural grain of the wood, while protecting it from moisture penetration and reducing the risk of cracking and deformation of the wood.

Preparation:

The surface to be treated must consist of raw wood and be dry.
Wood moisture must not exceed 18% relative humidity.
An oiled, waxed and / or rotted wood should be thoroughly cleaned with Bona Deep Clean System or the Bona Deck Remover before applying Bona Decking Oil.
A wooden terrace just laid will not be treated immediately, but will first be exposed to several weeks of climatic aging.
This makes the wood porous and absorbent for the application of Bona Decking Oil.
Optimum application conditions: temperature between 18-25 ° C.
High temperatures and low humidity reduce drying time, low temperatures and high humidity prolong drying time.
The minimum operating temperature is 13 ° C.
Drying (at 20 ° C / 60% RH): 24 h, expect a longer time in case of high humidity and low temperature.

Interview:

Clean occasionally with Bona Soap, soap for oiled parquet floors.
