Descaling pressure washer boilers is essential to maintain your machine's performance level. Using a specific descaling agent not only preserves performance but also protects your boiler and reduces fuel consumption.

Advantages of Nilfisk anti-limescale and anti-stone products

Nilfisk anti stone is a neutral liquid preventative agent formulated to prevent or inhibit the formation of scale that reduces performance or calcium buildup in a high-pressure hot water boiler coil.
Scale buildup inside a coil acts as an insulator and prevents the heat from the boiler flame from reaching the water, causing fuel waste.
In severe cases, limescale can clog the water inside the coil, reducing the cleaning power of a pressure washer. The continued use of Anti-Stone, correctly measured in a pressure washer, can completely prevent the accumulation of harmful deposits, which cause waste.
All Nilfisk hot water machines are equipped with adjustable dosing systems so that they can be properly set for economical use of Anti-Stone according to the hardness of the water used.

Application :
In any Nilfisk pressure washer, just fill the tank with Anti-Stone and adjust the metering valve to suit your water hardness (Instructions can be found in each machine's user manual) .
Even when the water hardness is < 100 DH, scale can build up in the coil, but at a reduced rate.
If your water is below this hardness level, dilute the Anti-Stone solution 1:2 with water and adjust the dosage as normal.
