Nilfisk Alto washing vehicles autoactive 10L

Nilfisk auto active SV1 is a foaming liquid alkaline cleaner suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications for both the professional user and the occasional user.
Formulated to act effectively on any alkali-resistant surface.
Effective against: Grease, oil, soot, protein, mineral deposits, road residue on vehicles.

Area of use :
• Car and truck wash installations, suitable for bodywork cleaning, as well as engine and chassis cleaning.
• Bus and train maintenance facilities, effective on exterior surfaces as well as chassis and engines.
• Industrial and manufacturing facilities, used in equipment maintenance cleaning, as well as for some paint preparation processes.
• Farms, useful in cleaning equipment (eg tractors and mowers )

Use: spraying, high pressure cleaner, manual cleaning and self-service car wash.
Dosage: 0.1-1%; pH:9.5 (1% solution)

Application :
• Pressure washers: Can be pre-mixed with water at 1:10 (10%) or poured “neat” into the machine's detergent tank. A good application concentration is between 0.5% and 2%.
On painted surfaces such as automotive bodies, limit the applied concentration to 1%
• Pre-spray: Depending on the type of dirt, pre-mix in concentrations between 1:10 (10%) and 1:50 (2%). Spray onto the surface to be cleaned and remove with a pressure washer before the detergent dries. Heavy soil may require more than one application. For engine cleaning, dilute 1:1 (50%) and apply to engine. Rinse with a high pressure washer.
• Hand cleaning: Use gloves to protect the skin and dilute between 1:20 (5%) and 1:100 (1%), then apply with a brush or sponge.
• Do not use on HOT painted surfaces. Do not allow detergent to dry on the cleaning surface!
