Properties of 20L professional dishwashing liquid

- Recommended for washing dishes in all types of water: porcelain, glass, stainless steel, in all types of industrial machines (conveyor or single-zone).
- Industrial liquid laundry detergent WITHOUT EDTA with a high concentration of alkaline and anti-limescale agents.
- Rapid removal of the most stubborn dirt: organic, pigmentary, grease.
- Effectively eliminates greying.
- Product complies with regulations relating to cleaning products for equipment and utensils that may come into contact with foodstuffs (decree of 19/12/2013).
