Suma Frit D9.1 is a powerful concentrated degreaser for the periodic maintenance of fryers, hood grilles and pipes.
Suma Frit D9.1's formula is highly alkaline to effectively remove carbonized soiling.
It is a mixture of surfactants and sequestering agents to prevent redeposition regardless of water hardness.

Cleaning the fryers:
1. Prepare a solution with 20 to 50 g of Suma Frit D9.1 / L of hot water (50 ° C max). Mix well to homogenize the solution.
2. Drain the oil, close the valve. Fill the fryer (+ basket) with the solution up to the level provided for the oil.
3. Turn on the deep fryer and bring to a boil for about 20 minutes.
4. Drain the lukewarm fryer (allows the cleaning action of the solution in the pipes to continue).
5. Brush separately and rinse the basket with hot water (50 ° C max). Fill the fryer with water to the level provided for the oil. Bring to a boil to remove residue.
6. Drain the fryer. Rinse thoroughly with hot water (50 ° C maximum) and allow to air dry. Wipe off if necessary.

Cleaning the hood grilles:
1. Remove the hood grilles.
2. Soak the grates in a solution of 20-50 g of Suma Frit D9.1 / L of hot water below 50 ° C (2-5% solution).
3. Leave on for 15-60 minutes.
4. Rinse well with water and allow to air dry.
