First of all, your machine must be a professional dishwasher called "Short Cycle" which, unlike consumer machines, has a much shorter wash time (a few minutes). This reduction in time is linked to the use of products that are much more powerful than those used by the general public (and are also prohibited for general public use), but which therefore need to be dosed with precision. Most machines come with a rinse aid dispenser (pump), and some also include a detergent pump. Therefore, installing a dispenser may be unnecessary for smaller units. The installation of a wall-mounted automatic dispenser can therefore be done by bypassing the original pumps or, if the machine does not have them, to provide a dosing solution for the dishwasher. It will be necessary to check that the installation of an external dispenser does not void the warranty associated with the machine.
A manual sprayer, whether pre-pressurized or not, is made with seals that can be of varying qualities: EPDM, nitrile, Viton. Each type of seal corresponds to a specific product formulation: acidic, neutral, basic, chlorinated, etc. It is therefore essential to determine the intended use of your sprayer to choose the correct seal quality for the cleaning or disinfecting product being used.
