General method of soil cleaning:
With a mop or a mop:
1. Position the ring on "bucket" and fill the bucket.
2. Remove excess soil.
3. Apply the solution with a washcloth or mop. Leave for a few minutes.
4. Rinse food contact surfaces with clean water (scrape if necessary) and allow to dry.
With a broom and a water vacuum:

2. Apply the solution with a broomstick and scrub.
3. Remove soiled water with the water aspirator. Rinse with potable water.
4. Remove the residual water with the water vacuum and allow to dry.
Cleaning by dipping:
1. Position the ring on "bucket" and fill the bucket with soaking.
2. Soak in the product solution. Rub and brush to remove stubborn dirt.
3. Rinse food contact surfaces with potable water and allow to dry.
Cleaning the fryers:
1. Drain the oil and close the valve.
2. Place the ring on "sprayer" and fill the fryer (+ basket) up to the level provided for the oil.
3. Light the fryer and bring to a boil for about 60 minutes.
4. Drain the lukewarm fryer (to continue the cleaning action in the pipes).
5. Brush separately and rinse the basket with warm water. Fill the fryer with water up to the level expected for the oil. Bring to a boil to remove residues.
6. Drain the fryer. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and allow to dry. Wipe if necessary.
