All about clax Mild enzymatic liquid laundry detergent 20L

Description

Clax Mild 33B1 is an enzymatic liquid detergent for main washing, specially formulated for industrial, hospital, and institutional laundries. Slightly alkaline and non-aggressive, it is suitable for both manual and automatic dosing.
Compatible with medium to hard water and usable between 30°C and 85°C, ideally below 60°C. Clax Mild is suitable for all cotton and polyester/cotton blends, including colored fabrics, as well as delicate textiles. It is a complete, structured product that can nevertheless be combined with a degreasing booster or an alkaline booster such as Clax Build, depending on the needs.

Advantages of Clap Mild 33B1 Diversey Enzymatic Liquid Laundry Detergent

A versatile and non-aggressive enzymatic detergent
Clax Mild's mildly alkaline formula makes it compatible with a very wide range of textiles: cotton, polyester/cotton blends, colored items, and even delicate fabrics. Where a highly alkaline detergent can damage fibers, Clax Mild cleans deeply while preserving the integrity of the textiles. A single product covers all your laundry needs.
Targeted enzymatic action on protein soiling
The presence of proteolytic enzymes gives Clax Mild exceptional effectiveness on protein-based soiling from blood, food, and bodily secretions. The enzymes break down protein molecules, facilitating their removal in a wash bath. This is a decisive advantage for hospital laundries and commercial kitchens, which deal with these types of soiling daily.
Actively combats fiber greying
The phosphate-based sequestration system keeps calcium and magnesium ions dissolved in the wash bath, preventing them from settling on the fibers. Dirt remains suspended and does not redeposit on the laundry. Anti-graying and anti-redeposition additives further enhance this effect: laundry retains its whiteness and brightness over time, even after numerous intensive cycles.
Excellent performance on greases and oils
The combination of anionic and non-ionic surfactants ensures effective dispersion of greasy and oily soils, regardless of their nature. For the most stubborn cases—such as ingrained grease or heavily soiled kitchen linens—the product can be used in combination with a Diversey degreasing booster for increased cleaning power.
Maximum compatibility with operating conditions
Clax Mild operates with medium to hard water and over a wide temperature range, from 30°C to 85°C. This flexibility allows it to be easily integrated into various washing processes, without adapting cycles or investing in additional softening equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Clax Mild differ from a conventional detergent?
Its slightly alkaline formula (pH 7.4 in its pure state) distinguishes it from conventional, highly alkaline detergents. This allows it to be used on delicate fabrics, colors, and sensitive materials without risk of damage, while ensuring high performance thanks to enzymes and surfactants.
Can it be used alone or are supplementary materials required?
Clax Mild is a complete, structured product that works on its own for standard main washes. For stubborn grease stains, it can be used with a degreasing booster. To increase alkalinity on heavily soiled laundry, it can be combined with Clax Build. For disinfection, it is used with a dedicated Diversey bleach/disinfectant.
Is it suitable for delicate fabrics?
Yes, that's one of its distinguishing features. Its mildly alkaline and non-aggressive formula makes it compatible with materials that cannot withstand conventional detergents. A real advantage for laundries handling delicate items.
Can it be used with any type of water?
Clax Mild is formulated for medium to hard water. It works without prior softening treatment, but using softened water is still recommended to optimize performance and reduce dosage.
How do I adjust the dosage to my installation?
The dosage varies according to two criteria: the hardness of your water and the degree of soiling of the laundry. A precise dosage chart is provided above. For complex cases (very hard water, heavily soiled laundry, or use in combination with a disinfectant), your Voussert sales representative can establish a personalized protocol.

Instructions for use

Adjusting the dosage according to water hardness and degree of soiling
The dosage of Clax Mild, expressed in ml per kg of dry laundry, varies according to two combined parameters: the hardness of the water and the level of soiling of the laundry.
In soft water (up to 8°TH), use 4 to 7 ml/kg for lightly soiled laundry, and 7 to 10 ml/kg for normal soiling. In moderately hard water (8 to 15°TH), the recommended ranges are 7 to 10 ml/kg and 10 to 13 ml/kg, respectively. For hard water (above 15°TH), the dosage is between 10 and 13 ml/kg for light soiling, and between 13 and 16 ml/kg for normal soiling.
