The Products are covered by the warranty against hidden defects in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Unless otherwise stated, finished Products also benefit from a commercial warranty against defects in material, design and manufacturing for a period of two years from their delivery. As such, our Company will replace or repair the defective Product, at its discretion.
The commercial guarantee is excluded in the following cases:
- abnormal use or use not in accordance with the instructions for use of the Product;
- accident or negligence;
- lack of maintenance;
- modification of the Product;
- repair or intervention on the Product carried out by the Customer or a third party.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from handling or transport.

The warranty is not applicable in the event that the implementation of the products is not carried out according to the rules of the art or in the event of abnormal or non-compliant use of the products.
The contractual guarantee does not further cover:
Defects and their consequences related to use not in accordance with the use for which the product is intended.
Defects and their consequences linked to any external cause.
Defects due to lack of or absence of maintenance.
Defects due to vandalism.
In all cases, the warranty is limited to defects in the products and not to the consequences of these defects for which no compensation is payable.
