Description
Bona Intense is a 100% polyurethane water-based primer intended to be applied before glazing with a Bona water-based varnish.
Bona Intense is easy to use and sand, gives a full surface appearance as well as a deep colour to the wood.
Can be used with all Bona water-based varnishes
Formulated using the same resins as those contained in a vitrifier
polyurethane finish
High viscosity
Well-stocked surface
Deep wood coloring
Can be ground with an abrasive disc or grid;
Preparation
The surface to be treated must be well sanded, dry and clean, free from sanding dust, oil, wax or other greasy substances.
Use the Bona Scrad System, or a single-disc machine and an abrasive disc of 120 grit or finer for final sanding.

Instructions for use:

Mix well before use. Apply with a new Bona roller, avoiding any accumulation of product (puddles).
Note: The ambient temperature and that of the varnish should be above 13°C during application and drying.
Optionally, proceed with sanding using a single-disc machine and the Bona Scrad
System or with a 120 grit disc or even finer.
Then, apply 2 to 3 coats of Bona water-based varnish.
