Bona amber primer 5L

Bona Amber is a primer in an aqueous phase, 100% polyurethane. It can be applied on all types of wood, before finishing with a Bona aqueous phase.
Bona Amber combines the color and intensity of traditional products based on oils, while having a low VOC
- Dries quickly (1-2 hours)
- Excellent abrasion resistance
- Minimizes the risk of side gluing
- Compatible with most types of wood.
Preparation:
The surface to be treated should be well sanded, dry and clean, free from sanding dust, oil, wax or other fatty substance.
Use Bona Scrad system, or a single brush and an abrasive grain disk 120 or finer for the final sanding.
Manual:
Shake the container before use, place the filter provided in the neck and then empty into a tray, to apply it to roll. The application will consistently avoiding product accumulation (puddles). For a deeper color or if the ground is uneven color, one can apply a second layer of Bona Amber. Treatment scheme, see page 2.
The two layers will be implemented on the same day, followed by a light sanding after drying of the second layer.
NOTE :
- During the application and drying of the product, the temperature should not drop below + 13 ° C.
- Bona Amber has been successfully tested on oak, beech, pine and other European species. To ensure the compatibility of this product with a dense hardwood floors, rich in tannins or fats or chemically treated, it is recommended that a preliminary test.
