Waste container how to choose a 660 or 770 liter container?
Require Standard NF EN-840 1 to 6
The safety of our rolling containers is controlled with reference to standards NF EN-840 1 to 6. Points 1 to 4 concern the standards identifying the dimensional dimensions
Points 5 and 5/A1 relate to performance requirements and test methods.
Points 6 and 6/A1 relate to health and safety requirements.
Rolling container tank volume
Standard volumes for 4-wheel waste containers are 660 litres, 770 liters and 1000 litres.
These containers can of course only be emptied by the mechanisms and the specific sockets present at the back of the garbage collection trucks.
Large volume sizes are generally dedicated to communities, residences, businesses...
Rolling Container Socket Type
There are different types of sockets for rolling containers. It is then necessary to distinguish between 2 wheels and 4 wheels.
In the case of 4-wheel containers, the volume and the weight being greater, there are two sockets.
Emptying by the DIN trunnions and we then speak of side intake which is standard on all of our 4-wheel models.
Emptying by ventral outlet using the AFNOR metal ventral bar which remains an option and which is directly dependent on the refuse collection organization.
In order to keep your container clean for as long as possible, the use of a
container dustbin cover bag will protect the hygienic state of the latter. The cleaning will be done with a specific
garbage and container cleaning product integrating the appropriate disinfection standards.
