All about 3M 96HEX Scotch-Brite Pad

Description

This 2in1 pad is made of high quality synthetic fibers, it offers 2 different scrubbing sides depending on your needs.
The yellow non-woven side with abrasive pins allows ultra-intensive scrubbing and the green side allows normal scrubbing.
Thanks to the Scotch Brite 2in1 pad you can scrub and clean the most difficult residues such as the remains of burnt food.
The pad is used for daily cleaning on most kitchen utensils and equipment:
- Pans and saucepans
- Cooking utensils
- Cast iron, granite, stonework, steel,
- Stainless steel surfaces: be careful, the black abrasive pins can scratch very strongly

The hexagonal shape promotes a good grip. In addition, thanks to its hexagonal shape, the scouring pad offers more angles of attack for difficult to access dirty areas of utensils or surfaces in the kitchen.
The 96HEX buffer is certified by the international HACCP organization.

Attention ! carry out a preliminary test on a small hidden surface of the support to check that it will not be damaged.
In any case, do not use:
- On polished surfaces
- On fragile or easily scratched surfaces

The pad can be used dry or with water
1. Hold the tampon in one hand. Both sides of the product can be used to scrub, depending on the intensity required and one after the other
2. For very attached residue or burnt food remains, use the yellow side with the abrasive pins to remove the largest. Turn the pad over to use the green side and thus remove more superficial residues as well as grease.
3. Once food residue and grease are removed, rinse or wipe the surface with a clean Scotch-Brite™ microfiber cloth
4. Clean the 96HEX pad after use if necessary.

Interview

Proper maintenance of the 96HEX pad will extend its life.
As soon as the pad has lost its abrasive pins, if it is frayed or has tears, it must be thrown away.
The pad can be cleaned with hot water or dipped in a cleaning solution to dissolve dirt and grease.

Cleaning the stamp by hand:
1. Rinse the pad under tap water to remove most of the dirt.
2. Wash the pad with a neutral detergent to clean grease and remaining dirt.
3. Rinse with clean water, ensure no debris remains and wring out the pad. Allow to dry in the open air.

Dishwasher cleaning:
1. Rinse the pad under tap water to remove most of the dirt.
2. Place the pad in the dishwasher without rolling it.
3. After washing, let it air dry.
