Spado caustic soda 4kg can is a product that strips painted, varnished or stained wooden surfaces and degreases dirty and greasy surfaces.
Be careful, caustic soda is a very dangerous product.
Its dissolution releases heat and can cause dangerous projections for the user.

Caustic soda is obtained by electrolysis of sea salt and then refined by membranes.
It is a clean manufacturing process that does not involve the use of Mercury.

1) Carefully uncap the bottle by holding it by the handle.
2) Prepare a solution by diluting the soda in hot water, scrupulously respecting the instructions and precautions
instructions below.
3) Do not mix with acids.
4) Gradually pour the soda into the water (never the other way around), stirring gently to allow it to dissolve (no rush: too rapid stirring can cause splashes with a risk of burns).
5) Wear gloves, goggles and work clothing. Cover your forearms well with the garment and wear appropriate shoes. After removing the gloves, rinse your hands well with clean water.
6) Never use in a food container.
7) Never mix with other chemical substances (acid, cleaning product, bleach, etc.).
8) Keep the container tightly closed, away from humidity.

Degreasing:
1) Dilute 5 to 10% soda per liter of hot water (i.e. 50 to 100g per liter).
2) Apply using a synthetic sponge.
3) Leave to act for a few minutes depending on how dirty the surface is.
4) Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Stripping:
1) Dilute 20 to 30% soda per liter of hot water (i.e. 200 to 300g per liter).
2) Apply using a synthetic brush to the surface to be stripped.
3) Leave to act for 20 to 30 minutes.
4) Brush or scrape to remove layers of paint.
5) Repeat the operation if necessary.
6) Rinse thoroughly and let dry.
