SOD 612 universal cleaner 200L

In a garage or service station, you wash a car body, degrease an engine, shampoo floor mats, and clean the forecourt, often all in the same day. This SOD 612 universal cleaner covers all these tasks with a single product, simply by adjusting the dilution. For exterior use, it washes car bodies (3 to 10%) and degreases rims , engines , mechanical parts , and chassis (10 to 15%). For interior use, it cleans carpets , seats , and floor mats using an injection-extraction method (5 to 10%). It is also suitable for heavily soiled floors such as workshop floors and service station forecourts (3 to 8%), whether cleaned by hand, with an automatic scrubber , or with a pressure washer. Formulated for passenger vehicles , it is phosphate-free , EDTA-free , NTA-free , CMR-free , and VOC-free , with over 95% plant- or mineral-based ingredients. The 200L drum meets the needs of high-consumption sites, yielding from 1,300 to over 6,600 liters of solution depending on usage. It is suitable for garages , dealerships , service stations , car washes , and detailing shops . - Bodywork: Dilution of 3 to 10% depending on the degree of soiling.
Apply the product from bottom to top on the surface to be cleaned.
Clean with cold water at high pressure in a bottom-up motion.
Then rinse with cold water at high pressure in an up and down movement, evacuating the foam residues and insisting on the parts that may retain the product (mirrors, handles, rods ...).
Anti-fingerprint tip: For best results, perform the last rinse with fresh water or dry the surface with a chamois leather or equivalent.

- Rims: Dilution of 10 to 15%.
Leave on for 2 to 5 minutes. Depending on the degree of soiling, scrub with a brush.
Rinse thoroughly with a high pressure cleaner.

- Interior (floor mats, seats ...): Dilution of 5 to 10%.
Apply in injection extraction machine.

- Engines, mechanical parts: Dilution of 10 to 15%.
Spray on the engine compartment. Protect the electrical parts (battery).
Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes.
Rinse at high pressure, preferably hot.

- Soils: Dilute from 3 to 8%, depending on the condition of the surface to be treated.
Can be used manually, in a car washer or high pressure machine.

Precautions for use:
• Do not apply the product to hot surfaces (bodywork having remained exposed to the sun).
• Do not allow the product to dry on the support.
• Respect the doses for use.
• Storage conditions: temperature 5 to 35 ° C in the original packaging which has not yet been tampered with.
