Description
Disposable plate 100% biodegradable in cane fiber. Round plate diameter 260 mm.
Sugarcane pulp is the residue of sugarcane after extraction of the juice.
Normally unused or burned, the bark can now be converted into biodegradable tableware.
Once the sugar has been extracted, the stalks and waste are recovered to be industrially transformed into sugar cane fibre.
This pulp is then thermomoulded.

Biodegradable and compostable

This product is 100% natural and compostable.
Sugar cane fiber tableware is the optimal container for on-the-go catering thanks to its great rigidity, its resistance to high temperatures and its impermeability to grease.
A material is biodegradable when it can break down into various elements without harmful effects on the natural environment.
A material is compostable when under the action of micro-organisms (bacteria, fungi and/or algae), humidity, oxygen and heat, it decomposes, degrades, and becomes humus .
Composting is a natural biological process!
