Needle collector

The needle collector is used to collect waste from healthcare activities with infectious and / or puncturing risks.

Needle collectors comply with several standards: (according to reference)
- NF ISO 23907 and NF X30-511 according to the order of June 27, 2016 modifying the order of November 24, 2003 relating to packaging of waste from healthcare activities with infectious risks.
- ADR / UN 3291 European regulations on the transport of dangerous goods by road.
- NF 302 label Quality label recommended by the Ministry of Health (circular DHOS / E4 / DGS / SD7B / DRT / C T2) n ° 2005-34 of January 11, 2005 relating to the packaging of IHCW.

The 0.20L "pocket" collector is ideal for nursing staff who travel to their homes. The small size of the collector allows it to fit easily into a first aid case or bag. This makes the pocket needle collector usable by firefighters, SAMU, SMUR to evacuate waste safely directly at the point of care.

The fill limit of the needle collector is marked with a red label for readability and to enhance safety.

The 0.6L and 1.1L needle collectors have a wide opening for waste. The needle box cover has a cover for detaching insulin pens, a cover for screwed syringe tips and a cover for ejectable syringe tips.

The 2L, 3L and 6.5L needle collectors have a closure tab and a permanent closure tab housing. The needle box cover has a cover for ejecting, a cover for unscrewing and a cover for detaching insulin pens.
