The standard jumbo size for businesses, professionals, and the community
Jumbo toilet paper rolls are the absolute professional standard in the corporate and institutional sectors. Firstly, these rolls have a larger capacity than traditional smaller rolls, offering greater autonomy. This is a significant advantage in high-traffic areas such as offices or restaurants. Furthermore, jumbo rolls are easy to replace, saving time. Finally, these rolls are often made from pure, high-quality, soft, and more durable wadding, providing superior comfort. However, one should be wary of the advertised length, as the "Jumbo" claim does not correspond to any standard other than the outer diameter and core of the roll, which are designed to be compatible with jumbo dispensers. Therefore, some rolls may be less than 300 meters long in two-ply construction, whereas the historical standard is 380 meters.
The historical standard was initially created on a 400-meter roll which corresponded to the consumption of one roll per person per year in a community or company with normal usage.
