Bodywork and painted sheet metal cleaner 200L

This eco-optimized cleaner is a concentrated product for cleaning truck and car bodywork with mechanical action (sponge, brush, etc.) or in a washing gantry. This body shampoo effectively removes road film from vehicles. This eco-optimized bodywork cleaner has a neutral pH. The car cleaner leaves no traces on the bodywork after rinsing.

Manual washing: Dilute 3 to 5%. Spread the resulting solution either with a low pressure sprayer or with a sponge or brush, spraying the body from bottom to top to identify the parts already treated. Clean with a sponge or glove, starting with the roof and then working your way down. Rinse with a water jet or with a high pressure cleaner in cold water in an up and down motion, evacuating the foam residues and insisting on the parts that may retain product (mirrors, handles, rods, etc.).
Anti-fingerprint tip: For best results, perform the last rinse with fresh water or dry the surface with a chamois leather or equivalent.

Washing in a roller washing gantry: Depending on the type of machine, prepare a stock solution so as to obtain a 3% mixture at the nozzle outlet.

High pressure cleaning: Prepare a detergent solution in the tank of the HP machine and adjust the machine so as to obtain a concentration of 3% to 5% at the end of the lance.

Precautions for use:
- Do not apply the product to hot surfaces (bodywork having remained exposed to the sun).
- Do not let the product dry on the support.
- Respect the doses for use.
- Storage conditions: temperature 5 to 35 ° C and frost-free in the original packaging still uninjured.
