Description

Nilfisk anti stone is a liquid, neutral preventative formulated to prevent or inhibit performance-reducing scale formation or calcium buildup in a high pressure hot water boiler coil.
Scale formation inside a coil acts as an insulator and prevents the heat from the boiler flame from reaching the water, causing wasted fuel.
In serious cases, scale can clog the water inside the coil, reducing the cleaning power of a pressure washer. Continued use of Anti-Stone, properly measured in a pressure washer, can completely prevent the build-up of harmful, wasteful deposits.
All Nilfisk hot water machines are equipped with adjustable dosing systems so that they can be correctly set for economical use of Anti-Stone depending on the hardness of the water used.
Effective against: Calcium deposits, tartar deposits.
Can prevent scale buildup from detergents not formulated for use in pressure washers.

Application :
In any Nilfisk pressure washer, just fill the tank with Anti-Stone and adjust the metering valve to suit your water hardness (Instructions can be found in each machine's user manual) .
Even when the water hardness is < 100 DH, scale can build up in the coil, but at a reduced rate.
If your water is below this hardness level, dilute the Anti-Stone solution 1:2 with water and adjust the dosage as normal.
