Description

The professional induction plate has a compact size. This induction plate is ideal for pastry making, to maintain the temperature of the fondant, the topping, with great regularity and without risk of cooking. Ceramic glass thickness 4 mm. 9-position thermostat.
Accepts containers from 120 to 280 mm in diameter.
