Formulations
There are two possibilities in disinfectant cleaners.
Food
disinfectant degreasers whose pH will be alkaline and whose function will be to degrease simultaneously with disinfection.
There are also
descaling food disinfectants whose function will be to remove the calcareous veil present on the floors and surfaces.
The use of these two formulas is generally done
alternately .
Another possibility if your water is softened and the limestone does not pose a problem is to alternate with a powerful degreaser.
Application by a cleaning and disinfection center
The use of disinfectant cleaners in the kitchen or food industry is most of the time done via a
cleaning and disinfection unit which
will guarantee you a perfect dosage (for compliance with standards) and professional efficiency.
Indeed,
any disinfection standard is linked to a
percentage concentration and
an action (contact) time . If one of these conditions is not met, the standard(s) displayed on the product will not be guaranteed. It is therefore the worst configuration because the user thinks he meets the specifications, which turns out not to be the case.
