This shelter provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
ShelterLogic® Corp. warrants to the original purchaser that if properly installed and used , this item and all of its parts will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of: 1 YEAR.
The establishment of this warranty implies that the consumer must have sent the "warranty card" to the manufacturer for product registration in the days following receipt of the product.
The fabrics and panels being considered as "wearing" parts and subject to external climatic conditions which may be outside the scope of the product design (violent rains, strong winds, snow, etc.), they cannot be subject to '' unconditional warranty coverage except in the event of a proven defect validated by the manufacturer.
ShletLogic canvas garages remain "temporary" products that can be dismantled for storage and are not subject to any standards for resistance to wind, rain, snow ...
The warranty period is calculated from the date of shipment by ShelterLogic® Corp. for purchases made directly from the factory or from the date of purchase from an authorized reseller (please keep your purchase receipt).
If this item or any part thereof is found to be defective or missing upon receipt, ShelterLogic® Corp. will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part without
charges to the original purchaser.
Any replaced or repaired part remains covered for the remainder of the original limited warranty period.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please save the original packing material for return shipment.
For purchases made at a local merchant, all claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. After purchase, please complete and ship the form
guarantee to register the article.
