The goods must be subject to a qualitative and quantitative control by our customers within ten days of receipt.
Complaints must be made in due form during this period.

If Unger does not make use of this right after the return of the goods, the termination of the contract will be considered declared excluding any other right of the customer, except the right to a credit / refund of the purchase price.

La partie supérieure du manche est cassée. Les morceaux manquants ne sont pas dans le carton d'emballage. Bravo au préparateur du colis qui expedie un article détériore.

Pour l'instant, c'est parfait un peu lourde, peut-être, nous verrons à l'usage. Existe-t-il des recharges en plastique, pour les deux extrémités de la pince?

Pas encore testé, l'aspect semble robuste, les patins en gomme assurent un très bon grip, possibilité de soulever à bout de bras une grande bouteille d'eau sans problème. La pince fait un angle de ~20° par rapport à la tige.

Excellent produit sauf qu'il ne fait pas 149cm mais seulement 130cm.
