Anti-adhesive plate exal. This plate is non-stick, bi-layer. This plate is suitable for viennoiseries, choux pastry, puff pastry. Dimension: LxW: 400x300 mm. Thickness: 1,7mm.

Characteristics:

- Non-stick coated aluminum plates, PTFE.
- Under lacquer approved food contact.
- Maximum cooking temperature: 250 ° C.
