5-liter alphamix professional mixer. The drummer is versatile. The drummer has a robust universal motor, with a couple giving him unequaled work abilities. The drummer comes with 3 patented hooks ensuring a perfect kneading of the dough. Available in 8 liters version.

Characteristics:

- Knead 600 g up to 1.2 kg bread dough (60% humidity).
- Whisk 1 to 8 egg whites (240 g) and obtain up to 4.5 liters of whites.
- Mix with the palette up to 2.1 kg of sweet dough or 1 kg of ointment butter.
