Plastic PET bottles are conveyed on the place of production, crushed and reduced to small pieces. These are then processed into pellets and then extruded to make fibers which will be used to manufacture the textile parts of the carpet.
The tires are cut, milled and compressed to achieve the underlay.
A mat Nomad 96% recycled 85x150 cm using 25 empty bottles and tire 1.13.

Description Nomad carpets

Le Tapis Nomad ™ 96% is a carpet made from recycled products.
The textile fibers are polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from recycled
plastic bottles and the underlay is made from aggregates from tire recycling.
Carpet fibers Nomad ™ 96% recycled are fleeced for its unique design.
