The spray method for periodic repair
Following all these attacks on protection, there are two options:
- Doing nothing and letting the film degrade will eventually require complete stripping of the surface and re-waxing (metallizing) the floor. This is a costly and, above all, time-consuming operation that also blocks access to these areas.
- Implement a spray maintenance method whose objective will be to "repair" and "clean" the surface simultaneously or in stages.
In this context, it is necessary to put in place an intervention plan which allows, with the help of a
high or very high speed single-disc machine (rotation speed greater than 400 rpm), to renovate the surface and thus maintain the shine.
This will allow you to postpone floor stripping operations and, above all, offer visitors a floor condition that conveys a clean image of your establishment.
Professional spray method products
There are two main areas of focus for these products.
The formulation may be geared more towards regeneration with a higher emulsion concentration. In this case, renovation is the preferred approach.
The formulation can be geared towards a cleansing action, and in this case, the concentration of the cleansing surfactant will be prioritized.
Total spray method:
Add the product to the spray system of the single-disc machine, equipped with the appropriate disc, and proceed with the spray cleaning method of the floor.
If the disc is stained, use the other clean side or change the disc. Buff for a uniform satin finish.
Partial spray method:
Add the product to the spray system of the floor scrubber, fitted with the appropriate pad, and clean the floor by spraying the product only on the soiled areas. After a short drying time, buff the entire surface to give it a more uniform appearance.
