Spado black varnish oil was 200L

Spado bituminous black varnish was 200L:
- Anti-rust, anti-acid, anti-humidity protection
- Can be used on metals, concrete, cement, brick, asbestos-cement.
- Specially formulated for the protection of elements in the open air: roofs, bridges, factory chimneys, metal structures, scaffolding, machine frames, agricultural equipment, exterior of cisterns, etc.
- Can also be used for waterproofing concrete walls: applied in a thin layer, it forms a continuous film which seals the orifice of the capillary channels of the treated material and prevents the penetration of water.
- Apply by roller, brush or brush.
- Cleaning of equipment with white spirit.
- Yield: 8 m2 per liter per coat depending on the porosity of the support.

- Density: < 1.

- Drying time at 20° C: dust free 2H–sec12H.
- Good resistance to acid and basic solutions.
- Not resistant to hydrocarbons, oils and solvents.

Precautions for use

Flammable. Toxic to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe gas/fumes/vapours.
In case of fires, use a foam or powder extinguisher, do not use water. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Marine pollutant P. Wear suitable gloves.
Use only in well-ventilated areas. Do not dispose of residues in the sewer.
If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label. In case of contact with eyes, wash immediately and abundantly with water and consult a specialist. Avoid release into the environment. Dispose of this material and its container at a hazardous or special waste collection point.

1) Remove all traces of moss, rust or old paint.
2) Degrease the support.
3) Allow to dry completely.
4) Apply the Black Bituminous Varnish on substrates which must be clean, dry and dust-free.
5) Treat your surfaces with Spado Pure bituminous varnish, in one or more coats depending on the degree of protection desired.
6) The bituminous varnish, after drying, forms a black film which remains flexible.
7) Drying is strongly influenced by ambient temperature and humidity. Dust free: 2h. Between 2 coats: 12h. Complete drying: about 24 hours.
