Description
Dimensioned for use in a scrubber dryer, it will allow for quick and efficient stripping of protected or unprotected floors.
3M Scotch Brite black disc for stripping floors protected or not by emulsion or wax.
The Scotch-Brite Black disc is a disc designed for stripping floors. It is made of high-quality synthetic fibers forming an open-structured non-woven fabric.
Abrasive particles are distributed evenly throughout the cloth and bound by a very strong resin.
The Scotch-Brite Black disc is used with a stripping solution and a single-disc machine or scrubber-dryer for wet stripping on hard floors.
It is also suitable for cleaning concrete floors and industrial environments.
Each disc has a pre-cut bore.

Manual
1. Install a clean disc under the machine tray.
2. Apply a stripping solution to the floor and leave for 5-10 minutes.
3. Strip the area adding water to moisten the soil.
4. Collect the used solution. Rinse the floor with clean water and let it dry before applying a new
emulsion layer and re-open the area to traffic.
5. Remove the disc and wash it.
Interview :
Remove the disc from the machine after each use.
Rinse under the tap, clean with a water jet or soak in a diluted stripping solution to dissolve the remaining residues (Avoid letting dirty discs dry before washing them).
Let dry vertically.
