Description
For powerful and effective cleaning, the Hi Pro solution will provide intensive action for old resins or wax layers.
The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Hi Pro disc in diameter 432 mm is a disc designed for intensive stripping of floors.
It is made of high quality synthetic fibers forming a non-woven fabric.
Abrasive particles are distributed evenly in this layer and bound by a very strong resin.
Each disc has a pre-cut bore.
use in single-brush or low-speed scrubber dryer.

Manual
1. Install a clean disc under the machine tray.
2. For wet pickling, apply a pickling solution to the soil and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. Strip the area by adding water to moisten the soil.
4. Collect the used solution. Rinse the floor with clean water and allow to dry before applying a new coat of emulsion and re-open the area to traffic.
5. Remove the disc and wash it.
Disk maintenance:
6. Remove the disc from the machine after each use.
7. Rinse under the tap, wash with water jet or soak in a diluted pickling solution to dissolve the remaining residues (Avoid drying dirty discs before washing).
8. Allow to dry vertically.
Note: Do not machine wash.
