Who is Lucard?
Lucart Professional is the "Away from Home" division of Lucart Group, manufacturer of 100% recycled wadding and cellulose wadding products for hygiene and industrial wiping. Lucart Group is an Italian family group of 1,500 people spread over 5 production plants in Italy, and 2 plants in France employing 450 people.
What is recycled wadding?
Because
cellulose wadding can be recycled up to 7 times , Lucart has decided to put in place a strategy integrating the fact that it is
useless to cut trees to manufacture
hand towels , toilet paper and other products with Disposable.
In 1996, Lucart was therefore the first Italian paper group to launch a complete range of Ecolabel 100% recycled paper.
Today, with more than 160 Ecolabel and food contact references, Lucart Group is recognized in Europe for its environmental policy and its commitment to waste recovery.
Lucart Group is also at the origin of one of the
finest innovations of the last 5 years by offering a new generation of 100% recycled paper, resulting from the recycling of food cartons: the

The Eco Natural Lucart range is based on an innovative manufacturing process that recovers the cellulose fibers contained in used food cartons.
Lucart Group, thanks to a
chemical-free mechanical process, will separate the paper from the polyethylene/aluminum compound, which allows the recycling of paper and the revaluation of plastic/aluminum as a raw material for other industries.
We transform waste into two raw materials.
The cellulose fibers that make up the cardboard of the food carton are chosen for their superior quality,
which gives Eco Natural Lucart recycled paper performance equivalent to pure wadding, at the price of recycled.
