Warranty information for the Arrow product:
We guarantee that our outdoor storage buildings will not be damaged by perforation caused by rusting of material.
We will replace any part punctured by rust under normal use and maintenance during this period.
This guarantee does not cover superficial oxidation which is part of normal use.
ShelterLogic cannot in fact guarantee with regard to the materials and treatments used a total guarantee against natural oxidation.
Surface oxidation must in fact be treated as soon as it appears as indicated in the owner's manual.
For your warranty to be in effect, the building must be maintained according to the instructions in the manual.

ShelterLogic Group warrants to the original owner that our outdoor storage products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
ShelterLogic will replace spare parts which prove to be defective or missing.
The ShelterLogic commercial warranty period is:
 Galvanized steel: Standard galvanized steel sheds and buildings have a limited lifespan of 12 years.
 HDG Steel®: Premium HDG Steel hangars and buildings have a limited lifespan of 15 years.
 Vinyl Coated Steel: Premium vinyl coated galvanized steel models have a 20 year limited life.
 HDG Steel® Vinyl Coated: Premium Steel Vinyl Coated Steel Storage Chests, Raised Gardens,
Carports and other specialty products have a limited lifespan of 10 and 20 years.
This commercial warranty only covers defects that occur during normal use and does not extend to color change due to weathering, damage resulting from misuse or neglect, commercial use, failure to follow assembly instructions and owner's manual (including proper anchoring of a shed or building), paint, forces of nature and other causes beyond the control of ShelterLogic Group.
The storage of pool chemicals and the use of pressure treated wood for the floor will cause corrosion of the steel which cannot be covered by warranty.
The warranty is void if the product is modified in any way.
Under no circumstances will ShelterLogic Group be held liable for incidental or indirect damage.
A purchase receipt or other proof of the original purchase date will be required before the warranty.
In no event will the seller pay the cost of removing the product, the cost of flooring, construction labor, or any related cost.
ShelterLogic Group reserves the right to request photographic evidence of product defect to help determine the extent of the defect and to assist with quality control efforts. ShelterLogi
