Special case of the Taski Ergodisc Omni single brush
The Taski Ergodisc Omni single-disc machine offers a rotation speed of 900 rpm, ultimately allowing it to handle several types of work, not just high-speed polishing. The Taski Omni system, which is a "machine + disc + Omni product" set, allows you to push back heavy wet stripping operations by integrating dry stripping phases with a blue disc and Taski Omnistrip. In this context, the machine can therefore perform high-speed spraying with Taski Omnispray, dry stripping and deep cleaning depending on the disc chosen.
Why is the high speed of the single-brush machine important?
Quite simply because on a plastic, PVC, or linoleum floor treated with an emulsion (metallizing wax), it is the rise in temperature resulting from the rotation speed that will help to reinforce the hardness of the protection and therefore its durability. This high speed will also provide a shiny finish, also known as a "wet look," a wet effect that will enhance the work carried out and the quality of maintenance of your floors.
This technique is widely used in high traffic areas such as airports but also in hospitals because a perfectly maintained floor means easy daily disinfection!
Do you need training to operate a high-speed single-brush machine?
You need one like any professional cleaning equipment, but unlike a classic single-brush machine with oscillating movement, a high-speed or ultra-high-speed single-brush machine works in a "linear" motion and therefore does not need to be "stabilized".
This makes this type of machine much easier to handle.
Which disc should I choose for a high-speed single-brush machine?
As much on a low speed machine, the issue of rotation speed will allow "deviations" on the choice of the disk, as much on a high speed or ultra speed, the result in terms of choosing the wrong disk can quickly turn into degradation of the media, the disks and possibly the machine.
It is therefore important to seek advice from our Voussert teams to guide you on the right color and texture of disc adapted to the rotation speed and type of soil.
