Taski General Warranty Conditions
The warranty covers new machines for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of sale to the end customer or 18 months from the date of delivery ex Münchwilen, whichever comes first, against manufacturing defects or faults, provided that the machine is maintained and used in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manual supplied with each machine.
=> Exception:
TASKI machines from the Swingo range (models 350 / 455 / 755 / 855 / 1255 / 1650 / 1850 / 2100 / 2500 / XP / 4000 / 5000), Ergosdisc and Procarpet are covered by a warranty for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of sale to the end customer or 30 months from the date of delivery ex Münchwilen, whichever comes first, against manufacturing defects or faults.
This warranty will only be applicable provided that the machine is maintained and used in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manual supplied with each machine.
Not covered by the warranty:
- Accidents, theft or loss of components,
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence or lack of maintenance,
(In this case, travel and labor will be billable)
- Normal wear and tear or wearing parts, such as power cable, seals, belts, carbon brushes, filters, suction blades, brushes, etc.
- Accessories (Brushes, Tray, etc.)
Damage caused during transport is not part of the warranty conditions. This type of damage must be dealt with the carrier and/or its insurance.
The warranty conditions do not apply to delivery errors or partial deliveries. This type of problem must be resolved separately with Diversey France customer service.
The DIVERSEY Taski warranty cannot be applied in any case in the case of repairs carried out by unauthorized persons and any damage that may result.
Taski hardware spare parts warranty
A six (6) month warranty is granted for replaced spare parts not falling within the exclusion cases mentioned above.
Taski Hardware Warranty Request
All warranty claims must be made in writing on the “Warranty Claim” document. This document must be completed in full.
Each request must be addressed to TASKI France after-sales service. Diversey reserves the right to request the return of the defective part within a maximum period of two (2) months after receipt of the warranty request.
After this period, the defective part may be destroyed.
If the said defective part is not returned within 15 days of the DIVERSEY request, the warranty claim will be considered null and void and will be cancelled.
When the warranty request is accepted by TASKI France after-sales service, a credit note will be issued in the name of the company mentioned on the representation stamp.
Each warranty claim must include the 12-digit machine number and serial number.
