The After-Sales Service procedures are taken from chapter 6 of JVD's General Terms and Conditions of Sale, namely:

6 - JVD warranty

6.1. All items sold by JVD benefit from the legal guarantee provided for in articles 1641 and following of the civil code.

The items sold also benefit from JVD's contractual guarantee under the conditions mentioned on the product instructions and in the catalog published by the company in its updated version on the date of the order. Installation of electric hand dryers must be in accordance with NFC 15-100.
Specificity early childhood:
Considering article R21 dealing with premises concerned with early childhood, hand dryers must meet the following conditions:
• The temperature at the blower grille must not be higher than 60 ° C in normal operation (choose a device with a power of less than 1500W)
